The company seeks an Entry-Level Data Scientist to unlock the power of data organization-wide. Analyze complex datasets, build predictive models, and deliver insights influencing strategic decisions and performance.

Plan and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams on key business initiatives. Aggregate, filter, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations delivered as visualizations for leadership. Provide day-to-day ad hoc analysis addressing immediate business needs.

Ensure data integrity by reviewing data, identifying issues, and developing corrections. Create scorecards, drill-down dashboards, and detailed reports for executive leadership. Build interactive, intuitive visualizations and maintain ongoing dashboard ownership and user support.

This hybrid position supports operations and supply chain in a matrixed organization. Learn foundational data sources, key performance metrics, and data-driven product planning from design to sustainment. Design, troubleshoot, and maintain ETL pipelines for quality data products.

Requirements

Typically requires a University Degree and less than 2 years prior relevant experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience in operations, supply chain, data engineering, and/or data analytics or Bachelor’s in engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, economics, or related technical field
Experience using MRP, ERP, and MES systems (SAP preferred)
Experience in design, implementations, and optimization in relational SQL databases
Experience with data cleansing, curation, mining, manipulation, and analysis from disparate systems (SQL, Python preferred)
Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Responsibilities
