You'll contribute from discovery through delivery as an active member or lead of project squads, showing up wherever the work needs you. Decide technologies for front-end and back-end, define overall architecture, and work closely with Product Owners on backlogs and client discussions. Write clean, composable code and automated tests while conducting code reviews.

Requirements

Solid professional web development experience, prioritizing what you've built
Proven experience leading a team in a project
Comfortable working across both frontend and backend
Experience writing automated tests for web applications
Genuine fluency with AI coding tools like Cursor, Claude, Copilot, using them daily and knowing their limits
Product sense to reason about what to build, not just how
Belief that great software is reusable, maintainable, secure, and performant
High agency, defining next moves without waiting to be told

Responsibilities

Act as an active member or lead a team of developers in project squads across a wide range of project sizes
Decide which technologies to use for front-end and back-end, and define the overall architecture
Work closely with the Product Owner to keep the backlog efficiently planned and support technical discussions with clients
Write clean, composable, and maintainable code for world-class client products
Write automated tests to build and maintain delivered products
Conduct code reviews with squad members
Use AI tools as a core part of daily work to multiply quality and speed
Learn new languages and techniques like Ruby, Go, Elixir to meet client needs and share knowledge through team rituals
