Aidoc is revolutionizing clinical decision-making with real-time clinical AI imaging solutions, impacting over 60 million patients annually. The Delivery Department oversees customer technological services, implementations, and operational activities for Aidoc products. Join as a Data Analyst (Six Sigma) to enhance production support and lead process improvements.

You’ll analyze complex datasets to identify trends, root causes, and optimization opportunities. Conduct advanced analytics of clinical AI setups across hundreds of deployments, assessing quality and improvement areas. Identify processes requiring scaling and re-design using Six Sigma methodologies.

Partner with group leaders and project managers in a highly skilled, technically proficient department. Work in a dynamic environment focused on stability and performance of Aidoc products. Collaborate to implement sustainable processes and flows.

Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process performance, improvement impact, and departmental efficiency. Support change management for successful adoption of new processes. Drive measurable improvements by reducing variability and inefficiencies organization-wide.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
  • Six Sigma certification - advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, or BI tools)
  • 4+ years of experience in process mapping and improvement, operations, or analytics roles
  • Ability to summarize and visualize complex data and insights
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Attention to detail and ability to understand complex systems while keeping an eye on the bigger picture
  • Excellent Hebrew and English communication skills (verbal and written) with ability to influence stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations
