Requirements
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Data Science or other quantitative disciplines with strong emphasis on optimization, simulation, and algorithmic problem-solving
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in factory scheduling, optimization modeling, or simulation in a manufacturing or operations context
- Knowledge and experience in optimization (LP, MIP, meta-heuristics) and tools like CPLEX/Gurobi
- Knowledge and experience in discrete event simulation and reinforcement learning
- Direct experience with factory scheduling
- Highly motivated, proactive, with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Able and willing to travel overseas
- Possess a drive to make a difference and a passion for exploring new frontiers
