This critical role in the AI team involves participating in the entire AI development lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment. Work on multiple technologies and databases to drive rapid development, rich controls, scalability, and better security. Ensure product development aligns with high commercial complexity and global impact.

Requirements

At least 6 months of experience in the software industry as an AI Engineer with technical requirements to design, develop, test and implement solutions
Proficiency in AI development technologies such as Python, FastAPI, PyTest, Celery and other Python frameworks
Familiarity with AI/ML, GenAI, and MLOps concepts
Good understanding of object-oriented programming, concurrency, design patterns, and REST APIs
Familiarity with CI/CD tooling such as Terraform and GitHub Actions
Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and databases like SQL and NoSQL such as MongoDB, MSSQL, or Postgres
Understanding of Data Structure and Algorithm analysis and its usage in scalable software design
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage in collaborative discussions and resolve issues expediently

Responsibilities

Develop robust solutions across next-generation AI/GenAI based products and solutions
Enhance design, development, and continued enhancement of features
Write unit and integration tests to ensure features never break
Participate in the entire AI development lifecycle including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
