About this role

We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to define Asana's growth strategy as users discover software through LLM interfaces like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini. The Data Science team informs strategy, defines success metrics, and identifies ways to deliver user value through experimentation, causal inference, and machine learning. Data scientists deepen customer understanding and drive business outcomes via data storytelling.
