About this role
Zurich is recruiting a Data Scientist to develop AI & ML models, GenAI solutions, and collaborate on defining the architecture for their implementation. This role supports business areas through advanced predictive modeling and innovative applications.
Day-to-day involves developing predictive Machine Learning and Deep Learning models, creating GenAI solutions for automation, analysis, and process improvement, and applying Open LLM models to specific business use cases. You will work closely with the IT team to select and implement optimal tools and infrastructures while ensuring MLOps best practices like governance, monitoring, and automation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or Postgraduate in AI
- At least 4 years of experience in the area
- Experience in SQL and Python
- Experience with MLOps tools and cloud (Azure, AWS, Databricks)
- Experience in GenAI solutions and integration of intelligent agents
- Knowledge in MCP Server, Agent-to-Agent, RAG architecture and Open LLM
- Knowledge of Machine Learning models and development of AI & ML solutions
- Knowledge of Git
- Proficiency in English
Responsibilities
- Develop predictive models of Machine Learning and Deep Learning to support business areas
- Develop GenAI solutions applied to the business (automation, analysis, process improvement)
- Apply Open LLM (Large Language Models Open-source) for specific business use cases
- Work closely with the IT team to select and implement the best tools and infrastructures
- Ensure good MLOps practices (governance, monitoring, and automation of models)
