Requirements

Product Management background
Relevant experience with Anaplan or equivalent solutions
Experience working with engineering teams to deliver products and solutions to market
Ability to learn a new market and understand customer needs related to planning, modelling, and analytics
Data-driven and customer-oriented focus
Experience defining product vision and roadmaps for enterprise platforms
Familiarity with administration and permission management in planning platforms
Skills in user segmentation and competitive analysis for enterprise software

Responsibilities

Work with the product team to define and drive the vision and roadmap for Anaplan’s Administration and Permissions Management framework
Understand the market for Enterprise Software and Anaplan specifically, acting as the voice of the customer and analyzing the competitive landscape
Define and segment users of the Anaplan platform qualitatively and quantitatively
Work with Product leadership, UX, Engineering, and cross-functional teams on roadmap and capacity planning
Drive end-to-end experiences by writing user stories with acceptance criteria, creating prototypes for usability testing, and delivering with engineering, documentation, support, and marketing
Create enablement material including technical and support documents, and video walkthroughs
Collaborate across global teams to align engineering and product stakeholders
Train sales, customer success, and support on new features and messaging
