About this role
Thunkable is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team to bridge analytics and data foundations. You'll analyze data to generate insights and connect sources like product analytics, marketing platforms, payments, and user systems into a complete, reliable view. Practical solutions will help the business move faster and make better decisions.
Collaborate with engineers to add, validate, and maintain event tracking in React-based interfaces. Improve data reliability by identifying and troubleshooting tracking issues impacting integrity. Partner with cross-functional teams to shape business requirements into scalable data architecture for sources like Google Ads, Meta ads, Amplitude.
Document data architecture, key components, and flows for clarity. Query and analyze data from Amplitude and SQL/NoSQL systems in the ecosystem. Work closely with teams to establish facts and understand the market, business, customers, and product.
Conduct product and marketing analyses such as funnels, cohort analyses, and user segmentation for actionable insights. Develop and monitor key metrics with automated dashboards and recurring reports. Lead data initiatives and experimentation, defining measurement approaches and evaluating success.
Requirements
- BA/BS degree or above in a related field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of work experience in data science, data analytics or other quantitative roles, with a track record of delivering data analytics projects
- Experience with building and maintaining data pipelines and integrations across multiple systems (e.g., Amplitude, Google Ads, Meta Ads, payment processors, CRM tools)
- Experience with event tracking instrumentation and collaborating with engineering teams to validate and maintain analytics implementations
- Experience with handling real-time and historical data from the ground up, including data cleaning, data processing, analyzing, modeling, insights delivery and execution strategy
- Experience in data queries and statistical programming tools
